Ingredientes:
50ml de aceite;
1 Kg de puntas de solomillo de cerdo;
100ml de vino blanco;
orégano
1. Programamos menú manual 5 minutos y marcamos los solomillos.
2. Añadimos el orégano y removemos un poco para que se esparza bien
3. Añadimos el vino blanco y cerramos la FC
4. Programamos menú cerdo.
5. Se despresuriza manual o esperamos a que lo haga sóla.
Queda mucha salsa pero vendrá bien para acompañar el plato con arroz blanco o pasta hervida.
